UX/UI Designer

  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for high traffic website, web app and custom applications

  • A great design portfolio that demonstrates user-centric design, creative design thinking, and a deep understanding of latest UI/UX trends and practices

  • Extensive experience developing software interfaces using Adobe Suite tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Invision, Zeplin

  • Strong visual design skills with proven ability to create beautiful responsive designs

  • Solid experience in UX research and usability testing

  • Quick learner and ability to solve problems using data-driven approach

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

UI Developer

  • 2+ years of experience in UI development (web, mobile, cross platform)

  • Hands-on experience in developing responsive design using HTML5/CSS frameworks like Bootstrap

  • Experience of having worked with Bootstrap 3/ 4, WCAG standards (AAA), W3C validator, BEM standards, Table structure (E-mailer)

  • Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Backbone and similar

  • Mobile application development experience (using HTML5 technologies)

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Magento, WordPress is additional advantage

  • Experience of working with multiple clients and team management

Graphic Designer

  • 2+ years of proven graphic designing experience

  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

  • Strong knowledge of general design principles (Layouts, color selection, fonts, proportion, interaction behaviour)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw

  • Work experience in web design, social media, web conveying the product features & mobile layouts

  • Should possess strong creative skills

  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

Content Writer

  • 3 years of experience in blogging, writing effective tag lines, website copywriting

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics

  • Excellent command over the English language, strong grammar, versatility in writing styles

  • The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

  • High comprehension of softwares like Microsoft Word and Google Docs

  • Experience in writing Marathi and Hindi Tag lines will be added advantage
